What is eBox?

IntriMail eBox is a secure, electronic delivery solution for documents that would normally be sent in the mail. Communications are secure, private and recipients get notified via email or SMS when they have received an item. This provides a simple and environmentally-friendly way to communicate.

How secure is eDelivery?
The level of security needed for each letter is determined by the sender. Some items will simply be a 'click to view' link notification to allow display of the letter, others request completion of some partially obscured information to allow the recipient to prove their identity. For the most secure documents, recipients can be asked to authenticate using account details for the organisation, or using Google, Microsoft or Apple IDs.
