Shortly after leaving University, where Brooke concurrently ran his own successful business Brooke sought corporate experience and started a career in the print and mailing industry during 2007. Ten years later he had developed a wide range of experience having worked with a mix of clients from large multinational organisations to local businesses, across almost every vertical. His burning desire to continually innovate and bring together leading technologies drove him to go back to his roots in 2017 and start Digital Mailing Solutions, a consultative lead print and mailing business with a focus on supporting clients on the transformation of physical to digital communications and process automation.
Brooke is heavily client focused in everything he does, with his; ' be everywhere, do everything and never fail to astonish the customer' mantra sitting at the forefront of his business philosophy. His recognition through multiple awards including various nominations for The Account Manager of the Year via The National Sales Awards is a testament to this.

Justin started his working career in the City Square Mile working for HSBC trading Financial Futures on LIFFE (London International Futures Exchange). Seven years later he decided to embark on a more face to face client focused role and joined a global manufacturer for mailing solutions, managing a mixture of small, corporate and public sector organisations.
After fourteen successful years, Justin decided to strive for a new challenge and after working with Brooke for many of those years with the same philosophy of client first, he decided to join the DMS Team. Justin has built up extensive experience in the industry, working closely with clients, understanding their needs and presenting best in class solutions often with his outside of the box thinking. He is passionate about new technology and support businesses on their process transformation journey whilst also improving the way they communicate to their own clients.

After graduating in 2005, Rob joined a leading mail, print and software business. During his 10+ years tenure Rob has worked with an array of clients ranging from SMB to large corporate clients in both the UK and Australian markets. Working with businesses to understand individual working environments and challenges has enabled Rob to build and deliver upon business cases and the ROI's to enable companies to make more informed decisions about key processes and digitisation.
