Digital Mailing Solutions – Senior Telesales Account Manager
*Based from Epping, Essex*

Our agnostic approach allows us to truly consult with our clients and delivery both innovative and commercially viable products and services.

We are seeking an experienced sales and account management person to join our growing team who is target oriented, passionate about client experience and driven by financial reward.
Promote and proactively sell our full range of products and services to prospective DMS clients
Educate and create awareness of new products and promotions.
Book appointments where required to allow the field sales team to support with face to face client meetings
Promote DMS consumable products.
Support clients on general queries and service bookings.
Promote company image through professional, positive attitude, knowledge and customer orientation.
Build a good knowledge of the full market and recognise new trends in the industry.
Ensure profitability of offers presented.
Accurately maintain internal CRM system with customer notes and scheduled follow ups to ensure you are targeting the customers at the right time.
Your background as a Telesales Professional, you must have:
The Income Package:
The basic salary will be Negotiable with an UNCAPPED O.T.E of £60k.
The hours are 9am to 5-30pm

The ability to work as part of a team in high paced environment.
Previous Sales, Telesales or Account Management experience.
You must have an understanding of the office equipment market, preference will be given to candidates with experience of the Franking machine industry. Any experience of a leasing solutions would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick relationships over the phone
Experience with a proven track record of success when selling by telephone
